Therapists
All therapists in the outpatient clinic have a university degree and are also licensed as psychological psychotherapists or are in advanced training as psychotherapists. In addition, they are all involved in research with the aim of further academic qualification and mostly also work in university teaching. All therapies take place under close supervision and are subject to the strictest quality criteria.

Since September 2015, the outpatient clinic has been recognized as a provider of practical training in psychological psychotherapy by the state examination office, health and social authority. There is a cooperation with several training institutes from Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. In this context, two to three psychotherapists are consistently trained in the outpatient department.
