Vortrag bei der Annual SIOP Conference
29. April 2026
Nale Lehmann-Willenbrock beteiligt sich an einem Symposium der diesjährigen SIOP Conference in New Orleans:
Do Great Teams SYNC alike? Understanding Collective Constructs in Teams
Much of the team and leadership research has relied on limited static methods to measure team interactions; however, this limits how I-Os understand the temporal development and measurement of collective constructs (e.g., affect, coordination, synchrony, and leadership). This symposium brings together 3 papers that explore understanding of team interactions and leadership through alternative approaches in methodology and theory, which can provide deeper insights on teams. The discussant will synthesize insights and provide recommendations for research and practice.
Speakers: Janet Okoroji & Tyree Mitchell, Louisiana State University; Caroline Deal, University of South Florida; Nale Lehmann-Willenbrock, University of Hamburg.
Discussant: Mikhail Wolfson, University of Kentucky
