New book contribution
28 August 2024, by Christine Manor
A new book article by Simon Grund, Oliver Lüdtke and Alexander Robitzsch has been accepted for publication and will be published on October 31, 2024 in Dependent Data in Social Sciences Research.
In this chapter, Simon and his co-authors compare different methods for dealing with missing values in dependent data structures such as hierarchical or cross-classified data. They discuss the main challenges that make it difficult to apply the methods in practice and use examples to discuss the extent to which the methods are suitable for different data structures. In addition, they provide an overview of statistical software and recommendations for the application of the methods in practice.
