Dalberg Prize 2020

The Academy of Public Sciences in Erfurt has awarded the Dalberg Prize 2020 for young scientists to Dr. rer. nat. Suddha Sourav, Biological Psychology and Neuropsychology, Universität Hamburg. The prize, conferred by the third oldest academy of sciences in Germany, underscores transdisciplinary research bridging humanities and the natural sciences. In his dissertation, Dr. Sourav investigated the recovery of visual and multisensory functions in sight restored individuals who were born blind. The award ceremony will take place on July 10, 2021, in Erfurt.
