Prof. Dr. Brigitte Röder, head of the Biological Psychology and Neuropsychology lab (BPN) of the University of Hamburg (Germany), currently serves as a Henriette Herz Scout of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH). She has been asked to suggest early and advanced postdoctoral researchers for a postdoc fellowship of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (https://www.humboldt-foundation.de/en/apply/sponsorship-programmes/humboldt-research-fellowship)
Brigitte Röder is looking for postdoctoral researchers interested in multisensory processing and/or developmental neuroplasticity in humans. Candidates are supposed to have a PhD in Psychology or Cognitive Neuroscience including Vison Science. High expertise in one neuroscience technique is required (e.g. non-invasive electrophysiology, brain imaging or computational modeling).
The AvH offers fellowships for 2 years plus a research allowance; moreover, the successful candidate will during and after the fellowship gain from the network and activities of the AvH.
