Welcome to the Cognitive Modelling & Decision Neuroscience Lab!

(Previously General Psychology Lab until 09.2024)

Our research is concerned with the basic functions of the mind - in particular with decision-making and how decisions are influenced by attention, learning and memory. We combine mathematical models of cognition with physiological and neuroscientfic methods (esp. eye tracking, fMRI, EEG) to achieve a comprehensive understanding of human cognition.

From July 1st on, Lucas Castillo is visting our group for three months.

Lucas is a PhD student at the University of Warwick, UK, and will work on modeling memory-based decision processes.
