We welcome two guest research assistants
15 July 2025, by Uğur Turhan
We are delighted to be joined by two visiting researchers, Veronika Wendler and Amir Hosein Hadian Rasanan.
Amir is a PhD student at the Center for Economic Psychology at the University of Basel. Under the supervision of Jörg Rieskamp and Sebastian Gluth, he conducts research on "diffusion models of decision-making" and "diffusion models of continuous response tasks."
Veronika is a research assistant and supports Amir in his research on "circular drift diffusion modeling in discrete and continuous space." She also works on models explaining "allocation of eye-gaze between different task contexts to better understand the role of gaze in decision making." She recently completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Aberdeen and will soon continue with her PhD studies at the University of Birmingham.
We look forward to the collaboration!
