A new paper by by our partner Wanja Wolff has been published in Peer Community Journal, in collaboration with Sebastian and Johannes.

In this paper, we take a closer look at laboratory infrastructure in the behavioral and brain sciences: instead of viewing instruments in isolation, we present a framework that treats the entire lab as an integrated system where hardware devices work together seamlessly.

We also propose a practical rating scheme featuring seven key properties—such as interoperability, temporal alignment, and real-time access—to help research groups evaluate and optimize their own lab setup.
