My research interests focus on cognitive and computational mechanisms of decision making in the context of dietary choice behavior and environmental sustainability. My Master’s research focused on investigating the effects of the food attributes health and taste on dietary decisions and their neural correlates as well as potential modifications of these effects due to mindset interventions. Moving forward, my research is aimed at better understanding consumer decisions that are diet- or sustainability-related by applying modeling approaches to choice data. I am excited about open science practices as well as science communication and a member of Psychologists for Future.
PhD representative of the Hamburg Brain School.
