Forschungsinteressen

In my research, I examine the interplay between work and private life - and this especially in the context of couples. In particular, we understand people as active creators of their recovery phases and their work-life balance. To this end, I explore concrete strategies the couples use (WLB crafting), the support they receive from their partner, how they can improve their crafting (e.g. through coaching) and which environmental conditions (e.g. at work) influence their WLB.
