Current research focuses in work and organizational psychology
As part of the university's Mechanisms of Change research area, we investigate social interaction processes and systematic behavior patterns at the core of organizational phenomena such as teamwork, leadership, and meetings in changing organizational environments.
We are also involved in the new "Digital Sustainability Transformation" profile initiative.
