Research interests

My research focuses on understanding temporal team processes, leader-follower dynamics, and the effectiveness of workplace meetings. I pursue a quantitative lens to study interaction patterns across these topics and apply a range of analytical methods for understanding behavioral process dynamics.

I also consult organizations on topics including organizational meeting culture, new work, and organizational development from a psychological point of view.
