Bachelor's Degree Program in Psychology and Minor Subject MCI
Since 2018, the basic module is held in English (lecture + accompanying seminars). In SoSe 2022, some accompanying seminars will be offered in German. The advanced module is mainly held in English.

- Lecture + accompanying seminar: Introduction to I/O Psychology (3 LP each)
- Lecture in English
- Seminars in English/German
- Overview of selected constructs, theories and models as well as methods of analysis and intervention of I/O
- Importance of work for the development of individuals, groups and organizations
- Application of theory input to a practical case study as part of the seminar accompanying the lecture

- Seminars in German/English
- In-depth knowledge of theories and models, methods of analysis and intervention as well as their development and possible applications
- Ability to evaluate problem solutions in business practice
- Reference to current developments in society, research and professional practice
