Content
We offer all students of our M.Sc. Psychology programs a systemic coaching training (focus on stress management) based on a concept developed and scientifically tested in the department of industrial and organizational psychology at our institute. Systemic, occupational health as well as neuroscientific concepts are incorporated, e.g. the Zurich Resource Model according to Storch and Krause. Theory and practice are closely linked, inter- and supervision are combined with scientific evaluation.
